There were 6.823 households out of which 44.1 had children under 18 living with them, 73.7 were married couples living together, 7.3 were carried by women with no husband present, and 16.6 were non-families. 14.4 of all households were made up of individuals and 8 had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.95 and the average family size was 3.27.In the city the population was made with 29.8 of persons under 18 years, 5.1 from 18 to 24, 20.9 from 25 to 44, 30.2 from 45 to 64 years and 14 who were 65 years of age or more. The median age was 42 years. For every 100 females there were 93.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and older there were 90.5 males. The median income for a household in the city was 109,989 and for a family was 122,779. Males had a median income of 92,760 against 57,321 for women. The per capita income of the city was 52,838. About 3.6 of families and 4.3 of the population were below the poverty line, including 4.8 whose age was under 18 and 5.1 were 65 or older.
